- Ability to perform work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, summer heat)
- Physically capable of navigating sites and lifting 50 LBs or more.

- Ability to learn and communicate quickly, while accurately following instructions from Project Superintendent. Detail oriented.
- Installation of pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, pool cleaners, spa blowers, lights, uv systems, automated pool systems, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing, copper plumbing, and galvanized plumbing
- Assists in the plumbing of pools and hot tubs.
- Assists in excavating and filling of any trenches and ditches and performs manual work in preparing surfaces for pouring, forming and finishing concrete.
- Maintains a clean job site: picks up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
- Knowledge of 110 volt and 220-volt electrical equipment
- The ability to manage an inventory of equipment on the truck and properly utilize and replenish the inventory when needed.
- Renovation experience – Re-plaster or equivalent (e.g., PebbleTech®), tile replacement/repair, deck texture/seal, pavers install/repair (preferred, not required)

Compensation: $20-24/hr. & DOE
